Silverwood Landscape Construction, Inc.
We've actually known and worked for Silverwood Landscape Construction for over a decade.
We've enjoyed working for Steve and Marsha Lancaster during this time.
They had purchased a building, which the business was going to move.
We would be using the existing Lucent Partner phone system, but since most of the data and
phone lines were sureface mounted, or running in very, very old cabling, which would end in amphernol
connectors. This is a very old wiring system.
Since we were asked to have no externally visible cabling, this meant all cable systems would have to
be replaced. Which turned this into a complete rewire job.
To make matters worse, the building had, had 2 different addons, meaning, that the original building
had been increased in size 2 times, which has several affects, you end up with double walls inside the
building, you end up with external walls inside the building, which hampers the cable job. If this
wasn't bad enough, the building has a very low roof line, and fire blocks in the walls everywhere.
Requiring us to cut thru this material all over the place.
The Lucent Partner system was placed inside of a pile of wire, which was actually 3 different installations
sitting in the same place.
So to clean this up, we tore everything but the Lucent off the wall and started from scratch, which
gave us a very clean Telecom installation result.
Once completed, we moved the servers, work stations, and setup the users on their Lucent phones.
